Asako as a Chef:

As you know, I love cooking. I originally learned cooking from my father (not my mother), and took several cooking classes. I once attended a special cooking seminar by an iron chef. I invented many recipes for Japanese foods while I lived in a remote town in Georgia. For example, I used okura as a supplement of Natto and made sushi rolls with local vegetables. I introduced Georgians to my Japanese food recipes. I keep inventing new recipes, such as "the Mask of Zorro Fried Rice," " Love Love Shrimp Roll" and "Kitty RIceball." I hold semiannual parties and introduce new recipes to my friends. Here are some photos of party food.
